Aside from being a coffee lover, I am also a dark chocolate lover. Kaya the first time I tasted Starbucks’ mocha, I knew it was going to be a love-at-first-taste because I had dark chocolate and coffee both at the same time. 😀 And since it’s not practical to always buy a cup of mocha at Starbucks or at any café restaurant, I thought of experimenting my own mocha. It’s totally inexpensive! It might not taste as better as what you buy in a café, but I’m sure papasa na rin sa panlasa niyo.
So here’s the ingredients:
Enjoy’s Mocha ala Pobre
2 tbsp Milo (or any powdered chocolate)
1/2 tsp Nescafé Classic
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fresh milk
To do it, just whisk them all together in a cup of hot water and you now have Enjoy’s version of homemade mocha. (Or you may also try mixing 3-in-1 Nescafe Rich Coffee and 2 tbsp. Dark Chocolate sauce. Add 2 tsp of sugar and 1 cup water).
